Terms and Conditions
Branson Vacation Land is only an agent for the traveler and can not be held responsible, in whole or part, for any delay incurred by any attraction, show, venue or carrier in the travel package, or for loss, damage, or injury to person, or property, by known or unknown reasons. Changes, although unlikely, due to unforeseen circumstances may occur and are beyond the control of Branson Vacation Land. A substitution may become necessary in which event Branson Vacation Land shall strive to make a substitution of an equal or greater value. If substitutions are not of at least equal value a refund will be issued.
If you should choose to purchase show tickets, attractions, tickets, lodging, vacation packages, or any other travel product or item from Branson Vacation Land, all payment, cancellation, and change terms and conditions as listed with the particular purchased item are made a part of this Terms & Conditions statement.
All product names, brand names, and/or recognized or unrecognized associations are service marks, trademarks, registered trademarks, symbols or characters of their respective companies. It is not intended or implied that those entities are owned or operated by Branson Vacation Land and that none of the respective companies endorse or represent Branson Vacation Land.
Every effort is made by owner Kim Bascom and staff to represent all in a fair and just manner within the restrictions of a standard business environment. No statements are meant to indicate or imply any negative issues towards any persons or business entities that are listed within the internet site operated by Branson Vacation Land.
Offer Qualifications
Discounting these vacation packages for you incur a great deal of cost. The idea is to cut traditional advertising costs like newspaper, T.V., radio, billboard, etc. In an effort to bring in good prospects, each destination will have its own set of unique qualifications. These qualifications are not negotiable and are a requirement in order to take advantage of an offer. Anyone is welcome to attend the presentations, but in order to get the discount trips, or free stuff you must meet the qualifications. There is absolutely no obligation to buy, join, sign, or rent anything! Qualifying and attending is all that is required. Please take the time to review the qualifications for the offer in your preferred destination. We are always happy to assist you with questions or concerns.
Hotel Policy
You will be required at check-in to present a major credit card, along with a valid state photo ID. Debit Cards will be accepted for hotel check-in. If you check into your accommodations, but do not attend or complete the presentation; or if you fail to qualify, you will be charged the difference of any expenses incurred by our company, minus the price of your vacation package. All incidentals, airfare, majority of ground transportation and taxes outside of package are the responsibility of the guest(s). Accommodations are for a maximum occupancy of four adults, or two adults and three children under the age of eighteen and are subject to availability. All smoking, bed size, floor level and other specific requests are not guaranteed. All efforts will be made to accommodate your requests. All lodging is based on availability. Smoking in non-smoking rooms can result in additional charges by hotel. These policies are enforced individually by each hotel.
Taxes
Taxes are included for the majority of our packages. Some reservations may require additional taxes paid at lodging. If we do not make you aware of additional taxes, then all taxes are included in vacation package. Any taxes outside of the package are the responsibility of the customer
Children
We are sorry, but young children are not permitted on the tour, however, supervised care will be available at the tour. Please let us know if you are bringing your children.
Pets
Pets are allowed on this package in certain hotels. The lodging establishments have a set pet policy and fees. Customer is responsible for fees associated with bringing a pet; usually ranging from $7 to $15 per night, per pet, imposed by lodging establishment. Sneaking pets into lodging is strongly discouraged! All hotels and resorts reserve the right to charge fees, determined by each establishment, for sneaking a pet into a room or bringing a pet to a no pet property.
Cancellations and Reschedules
In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation arrival date, you must do so at least 3 full business days prior to your scheduled arrival date. We will reschedule your dates one time for free. You will be charged a $25.00 rescheduling fee for every reschedule thereafter. This covers administrative costs to cancel, and reschedule your vacation, as well as supplies (paper, fax, phone, etc.). If you fail to cancel your vacation in accordance with our policy, you will forfeit your vacation package price. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date will result in a one night charge at rack rate. If your package price does not cover the charge, you will be charged in addition to your package price.
Branson Vacation Packages
Only one package may be used. As long as you meet these qualifications, you are welcome to take advantage of a Branson Vacation Package.

| Debit cards do not count as Major Credit Cards. If cohabitating, meaning a couple that resides in the same residence, you must have matching IDs or utility bills to provide as proof of same residence. We will always verify the qualifications again upon purchase for your convenience. |
